Anything succulents have been trending for awhile now (thank you Pinterest!) and every time I posted my buttercream succulents creations on social media, I would get so many requests on how to make it.
You asked and I listened!
I created these video online lessons that you can access anytime, anywhere as long as you have internet connection.
You can watch whatever time that is convenient to you and even follow along. You can rewind the lessons and review over and over or just watch the lessons that you like.
So what’s included in this class?
First, you will get a recipe for buttercream that is total dream to work with.
Next, I will show you the colours I used and how to mix it up to get realistic looking succulents.
Then, to the fun part – making the succulents! I will show you step by step how to make 10 different kinds of succulents. And that’s using simple pastry tips that you may already have in your collection.
I will show you the trick to creating a tall cactus without it falling over.
Then, once you’ve mastered making the succulents, we will now make our first project – succulent cupcakes!
A very simple yet modern design, we will showcase each succulent in its own cupcake.
You will also learn how to smooth the top of the cupcake so it looks like fondant but it is all buttercream.
Then we move on to another project – a cake!
You will learn how to make a cake that looks like a tree stump; you will recreate a realistic wood effect in buttercream.
Then finally, you will learn how to add and assemble the succulents on top of the cake.
